Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Modern Momentum ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, www.ModernMomentumConsulting.com (the "Site"), or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

• A minimum lead time of two weeks is required for all tasks.
• Expedited tasks can be accommodated upon request and as time allows, subject to availability and additional fees.

• We assure clients that their business and personal information will be treated as confidential.
• We are willing to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) upon request to ensure client privacy.

• The scope of work for our services is outlined on the Services page of our website, www.ModernMomentumConsulting.com.
• Any changes to the scope of work require written approval and may result in cost adjustments.

• All work and revisions must be approved via email confirmation.

• Clients must provide timely access to necessary resources and information to ensure project completion within agreed timelines.

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Hourly packages are non-refundable but remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• The 10-Hour Prepaid Package is paid in full at the time of purchase. Prepaid hours are non-refundable and may be used for up to 12 months from the purchase date. Any unused hours expire at the end of that period.
• A one-hour purchase is valid for one month.
• The 12-Month Partnership Package is a 12-month commitment billed per month with automatic payments. It does not need to be paid in full at the beginning of the agreement, but the client is responsible for the full commitment period.
• The 6-Month Partnership Package is a six-month commitment billed per month. The client is responsible for the full commitment period.
• If either party chooses to end a partnership before the commitment period is complete, 30 days’ written notice is required. The client will be responsible for 50% of the remaining balance owed under the agreement.

• We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or technical failures.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Momentum against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.

• While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased sales or other measurable results.

• These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Modern Momentum, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
